Oscar Blandi used Oscar Blandi dry shampoo and Protein Mist for restlying hair to give the hair a dirty look without it actually being dirty. Vincent Longo's team chose 3 looks including a smoky eye and bright lip to bring the Old Hollywood Glam element to life.
